Chad Daybell Found Guilty in Deaths of Ex-Wife and Stepchildren

Jury Deliberates for Nearly Two Months in Idaho Case

Lori Vallow Daybell Sentenced to Life in Prison Last Summer

The long-awaited verdict has been reached in the trial of Chad Daybell, who was charged with the deaths of his ex-wife Tammy Daybell and two of his second wife Lori Vallow Daybell's children, Joshua "JJ" Vallow and Tylee Ryan.

After nearly two months of deliberations, the jury found Daybell guilty on all charges. He will be sentenced at a later date.

Daybell was accused of conspiring with his second wife, Lori Vallow Daybell, to kill his first wife, Tammy, in October 2019. The couple then allegedly killed JJ and Tylee in September 2019.

Lori Vallow Daybell was convicted of first-degree murder last summer and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. She is currently appealing her conviction.

The trial has been closely watched by the public due to the bizarre nature of the case. Vallow Daybell is a former doomsday prepper who believed she was a god. She has claimed that she killed JJ and Tylee because they were possessed by dark spirits.

Daybell has denied the charges against him, claiming that he is innocent of any wrongdoing.
